Raspberry Champagne

Raspberries and champagne.  Simple and classic.  Raspberry mousse fills this cupcake topped with a champagne buttercream.  Enjoy this cupcake any time of the day...it is fruit based after all.  Admittedly a stretch, but who hasn't had (or wanted) a cupcake for breakfast.  We won't tell.  Pair this with a Riesling, but try to wait until afternoon.

Pumpkin Tiramisu

As you've probably noticed, Italian is a theme throughout Tortina and Vino so it's fitting that we'd showcase a classic Italian favorite - Tiramisu.  We've added pumpkin, a seasonal twist, to create a holiday cupcake - one that will be remembered long after people have forgotten your (spirited) rendition of deck the halls.  Pair this with a Shiraz but go easy on the 'spirits' if you're night includes an open microphone.

Lemon White Chocolate

White chocolate and lemon.  Sweet and tart.  Pair this with a sauvignon blanc and the citrus is undeniable.  Not enough to make you pucker, but just enough to make your mouth water.  Could be your new Saturday afternoon treat.

Caramel Apple

An apple (cupcake) a day keeps the doctor away.  OK, maybe it doesn't apply to the cupcake version but carpe diem!
The authentic apple flavor comes from real, fresh apple bits and a classic blend of spices for that bite you look for in a spice cake.
Cream cheese frosting.  Caramel.  Peanuts.  Delicious.
Pair this cupcake with a chilled moscato and a campfire.

Pumpkin Spice with Caramel Cream Cheese

Classic pumpkin spice cake with an updated cream cheese frosting.  If you've never experienced caramel cream cheese frosting, we're sorry.  We don't sell this frosting by the gallon, but if we did...

Banana Chocolate Chip with Peanut Butter Buttercream

This is a mash up of classic flavor combinations: Chocolate and Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter and Banana.  Each delightful on their own but irresistible together.  The banana cupcake has just the right amount of banana and the mini chocolate chips are the perfect size for a cupcake.  Topped off with peanut butter buttercream and crushed peanuts, it's the perfect match for a Sémillon.  Side note: The Peanut Butter Buttercream in this recipe was my first attempt and has been a favorite since the day we started.
